I have spent my career managing networks, securing systems, and building infrastructure for organizations that cannot afford downtime. My background includes enterprise network administration, security compliance work, and hands-on experience with NIST and CMMC frameworks.
I started Safe Shield IT because I kept seeing the same problem: small professional offices getting either ignored by big MSPs or overcharged for services they did not need. These offices deserve competent, responsive IT support from someone who actually understands their environment.
When I work with a client, I am not just fixing tickets. I am building the documentation, tightening the security, planning the upgrades, and making sure that when something goes wrong, we are ready. That is what good IT looks like.
